UK WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
Love Stories Elegantly Told

Welcome.
HI, IM CHARLENE
Wedding photographer. Professional third-wheel. Keeper of the little things.
Award-winning wedding photographer with over 15 years of experience and hundreds of weddings behind me. And somehow, I still get excited about weddings.
My style sits somewhere between documentary and editorial.
Most of the day, I’m quietly photographing what’s actually happening. Because the best moments tend to happen when nobody is trying too hard. I’m here to make your photographs feel effortless.
You don’t need to know how to pose. You don’t need to spend hours away from your guests. And you definitely don’t need to perform for the camera.
But then there are the photographs you’ll want framed.
That’s where I’ll step in with a little direction. Gentle prompts, good light and subtle guidance to create those beautiful, editorial portraits without making you feel un natural or awkward.
Naturally posed, if you like.
The rest of the time? Just enjoy your wedding. I’ll take care of the photographs.

The beauty is always in what’s unfolding.
EDITORIAL BUT STILL YOU.
I love beautiful composition, incredible light and photographs with a little something about them. But perfect isn’t really the point. I want your photographs to look like your wedding felt. A little refined. A little romantic. Completely personal.
The result is a gallery that brings everything back: how it looked, how it felt, who was there and all those tiny moments you didn’t even know I’d seen. Because memories should be preserved. Not just the big ones.

WORRIED ABOUT LOOKING STIFF? DON'T BE.
Say goodbye to awkward posing and hello to heartfelt moments.
Great portraiture isn't about standing still and staring down a lens. It’s about movement, great light, and subtle direction that brings out your natural energy.
Whether you love being photographed or tend to hide from the camera, my job is to make your couple portraits feel completely effortless. I’ll guide you into the best light and give you clear, refined direction, creating those striking, frame-worthy images without ever making you feel performative. Nothing stiff. Just enough to make you look and feel good, while still looking like yourselves.
I call it naturally posed. Because the best portraits aren’t always the ones where you’re perfectly posed. They’re the ones where you forgot I was taking them.
