Somerley House Wedding: Charli & Alex Elegant Day

As a Somerley House wedding photographer, I have the privilege of capturing some of the most romantic celebrations in Hampshire – and Charli & Alex’s wedding was nothing short of breathtaking. Their day combined timeless elegance with personal touches, set against the stunning backdrop of Somerley House, one of the most iconic venues in the county.

A Timeless Hampshire Wedding Venue

Nestled in the Hampshire countryside, Somerley House is a dream venue for couples seeking elegance, history, and charm. With its grand architecture, beautiful gardens, and sweeping views, it’s no wonder Charli & Alex chose this incredible setting for their big day.

The couple exchanged vows surrounded by lush blooms and the grandeur of the estate. From the moment Charli walked down the aisle in her stunning gown from Anna Bridal and Kyha Bride, to the moment they signed the register in front of family and friends, every detail reflected their style – classic, refined, and full of love.

The Wedding Details

Charli & Alex worked with an amazing team of suppliers to bring their vision to life. The day was flawlessly planned by What P Did Next, with an elegant marquee from Greenhill Marquees and stunning floral arrangements by Stone & Stem.

The atmosphere was set by incredible entertainment from Halo Strings, KT Star, Dan & MacCa Music, and DJ Mibro. Later in the evening, guests were treated to a spectacular fireworks display by Flashpoint Fireworks.

Other highlights included beautiful stationery by Paperknots, delicious catering from Food Show Ltd, a gorgeous cake by Little Mallow, and a fun photo booth experience by Swit Swoop Photo Booths.

Hair and makeup were perfectly styled by Farida Ghwedar, Jerry Nolan, and Michaela Selene Makeup. Every detail was elevated by the décor and styling provided by The Luxe Collection, House of Furn Collection, and production by IMAG Displays.

The entire day was captured on film by Christopher Paul Films, ensuring memories were preserved beautifully alongside the photography.
